Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrepTMUA at www.preptmua.com and related services. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What PrepTMUA is

PrepTMUA provides TMUA-style practice questions, mock exams, study tools, and related educational content. We are an independent preparation service. We are not affiliated with UAT-UK, Cambridge Assessment, or any university admissions body.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person should use one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share paid access, attempt to scrape content, or break these Terms.

3. Plans, payments, and access

• Paid plans are described on our pricing page and may change over time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise, paid access lasts for the period described at purchase (for example six months from activation).
• Free mocks or sample content may be limited and can change without notice.

4. Refunds

Because PrepTMUA is digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by law or where we decide a refund is appropriate (for example a clear technical failure that prevents access). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email support@preptmua.com promptly with your account email and order details.

5. Fair use

Paid features are for your personal exam preparation only. You must not:

• Share login credentials or sell access
• Copy, redistribute, or publicly post our questions, solutions, or mocks
• Use bots, scrapers, or bulk download tools against the site
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

Additional fair-use rules may apply to specific guarantees or mentoring features where stated.

6. Intellectual property

All PrepTMUA content — including questions, explanations, branding, software, and design — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own TMUA preparation while your access is valid. You do not acquire ownership of any content.

7. No admissions guarantee

PrepTMUA is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any particular TMUA score, university offer, interview outcome, or admissions result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including prior attainment, time spent practising, and exam-day conditions.

8. Mentoring / coaching features

Where a plan includes human support, AI coaching, or scheduling tools, those features are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Response times and availability may vary, especially around peak exam periods.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PrepTMUA to harass others, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or break applicable law.

10. Availability

We aim to keep PrepTMUA available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages may occur. We are not liable for temporary downtime.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Practice questions are designed to feel like TMUA-style material but are not official past papers unless clearly labelled otherwise.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepTMUA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or exam/admissions outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update PrepTMUA and these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify account holders by email or a site notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using PrepTMUA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory rights to bring claims in their home courts where applicable.
